Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). It is not combined with other data and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your address and your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in answering enquiries). If you ask to be told when this website opens, we store your email address for that single message on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) by writing to us. We delete your data once your enquiry is settled or the opening notice has been sent, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Emails to hello@innerbhutan.com are received on the servers of ALL-INKL.COM in Germany and forwarded to a mailbox at Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may also process data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on which such transfers are based (Art. 45 GDPR). Providing your data is neither legally nor contractually required; without an email address we simply cannot reply to you.
